- Product Advisory & Consulting: Scoping strategy, Product Requirement Document (PRD) authoring, user story definition, and roadmap planning.
- End-to-End Software Engineering: Full-stack web, SaaS, mobile applications, and custom AI/LLM implementations engineered directly by Creuto’s in-house team.
- Dedicated Development Sprints: Retained engineering teams working under direct product management leadership.
3. Exploratory Estimates vs. Formal Quotes
Binding engagements, deliverables, milestones, fee structures, and delivery schedules are established exclusively through a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or detailed PRD approval document.
4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
We believe in absolute clarity regarding intellectual property rights:
- Client Deliverables & Custom IP: Upon receipt of full payment for completed milestones, all custom source code, databases, product designs, proprietary workflows, and project documentation created specifically for the client are 100% the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the client.
- Creuto Pre-Existing Frameworks: Creuto retains ownership of its internal boilerplates, open-source libraries, utility scripts, and reusable architectural patterns that exist prior to or independently of the client engagement. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any such embedded utilities within their delivered software.
- Website Content: All text, branding, case study summaries, graphics, and layout on niharrout.com are protected under copyright law and remain the property of Nihar Ranjan Rout and Creuto.
5. Confidentiality & Client Data
We respect the sensitivity of unreleased software concepts, technical architecture, and business strategies. We maintain strict confidentiality over all client information submitted to us. Formal mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available and signed prior to commencing deep architectural or discovery sessions.
6. Client Cooperation & Approvals
Successful product execution requires collaborative partnership. For contracted builds, clients agree to provide timely feedback, make timely milestone approvals during two-week sprint reviews, designate authorized points of contact, and furnish necessary third-party API credentials or domain assets.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nihar Ranjan Rout, Creuto, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to website usage or exploratory scoping estimates. For active client contracts, total aggregate liability is strictly capped at the total fees paid by the client under the specific Statement of Work giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
