  • Job Applications: If you apply for a role on the Work With Me page, the details you submit (name, email, phone, location, links to your profile and work, and your note) are used only to consider your application and to contact you about it.
  • Communication Records: Details included in email inquiries or direct scheduling requests.
  • Automated Log & Technical Data: Standard server access logs including IP address, browser type, referral URLs, and pages visited to ensure network security and optimal performance.

  • Hosting & DNS: Secure CDN and web servers running automated HTTPS encryption.
  • Typography: Google Fonts CDN (Fraunces, Inter) loaded via secure endpoints.
  • Verified Client Reviews: Clutch.co embedded review widget for displaying verified third-party client testimonials.
  • Weather & Local Time Widget: The homepage contact section shows the current weather in Bhubaneswar, fetched from Open-Meteo using fixed coordinates. The request contains nothing about you. The local-time comparison is calculated in your browser from your device's time zone setting and is not sent anywhere.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how visitors arrive, and which contact buttons are tapped. It uses cookies and shares anonymised usage data with Google. We do not use it to identify you personally. If you are in Europe, the UK or a nearby time zone, Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you press Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer, or block it with a browser setting or Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Behaviour analytics (Microsoft Clarity): We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use pages, through anonymised heatmaps and session recordings that show clicks, scrolling and where people get stuck. Clarity sets cookies and processes this data for us under Microsoft’s privacy terms, and it masks what you type into form fields. It loads together with Google Analytics, so if you are in Europe, the UK or a nearby time zone it is not loaded until you press Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
  • Video (YouTube): Videos are embedded in click-to-load mode using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play.
  • Scheduling (Calendly): The “Book a call” buttons and the Book a call page show Creuto’s Calendly booking page, either in a pop-up or embedded in the page (it loads only when you open it) or in a new tab. Calendly handles the name, email and answers you enter when booking under its own privacy policy.
  • Enquiry delivery (Google Chat): Messages you send through the forms on this site are delivered over an encrypted connection to a private Google Chat space, so Nihar can reply within 24 hours.
  • Customer records (HubSpot CRM): Project enquiries, including your name, email, phone, city, message, the page you sent it from and how you first found this site (for example a search engine or LinkedIn), are stored in Creuto’s HubSpot CRM so we can follow up and keep a record of our conversation. HubSpot processes this data for us under its own privacy terms. Job applications are not added to the CRM. You can ask for your record to be corrected or deleted at any time.
  • WhatsApp: The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with Nihar in WhatsApp, with a short message you can edit before sending. WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the inquiries or project engagements for which it was collected, or to comply with statutory legal and accounting obligations. We implement rigorous administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your personal data.
