Service family

DevOps and cloud engineering for products that have to stay up.

Good infrastructure is quiet. Releases go out without drama, the system scales when traffic does, and the monthly cloud bill is no surprise. We set that up, or fix it where it has grown messy.

What this covers

  • Cloud setup and migration on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
  • Automated build, test and release pipelines
  • Containers, Kubernetes and serverless where they fit
  • Cost control, monitoring and on-call readiness

How we approach DevOps and cloud

We treat infrastructure as part of the product. Everything is defined as code, so environments can be recreated and reviewed like any other change. We start with the problems that cost you most today, whether outages, slow releases or the bill, fix those first and document as we go, so the system is understandable to the people who will run it.

How an engagement works

  1. 01

    Scope

A free strategy call, then a clear proposal with scope and priorities.

  2. 02

    Plan

A PRD and, where useful, a clickable prototype before building starts.

  3. 03

    Build

An in-house team builds in stages, with demos along the way.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

Release, then keep improving with the people who built it.

Questions about DevOps and cloud

Which clouds do you work with?

AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. We recommend the one that fits your team, your customers and your budget rather than a default.

Can you take over infrastructure that already exists?

Yes. We start by reading what is there, documenting it and finding the risks, then fix the most important problems first without a risky big rewrite.

Do I need Kubernetes?

Often not. Many products run well on simpler managed services. We recommend Kubernetes when you have the scale or the number of services to justify it.
