How do you handle time-zone differences for US or European startups?
We schedule 3 to 4 hours of daily live overlap with your time zone for sprint demos, PRD reviews, and technical alignment. The rest of the sprint operates with rigorous asynchronous discipline, daily Loom updates, and organized GitHub PRs.
Do I own the intellectual property and source code?
Yes. Your code is built in repositories under your own GitHub and cloud accounts from the first day, so you can see everything as it is made. You own the custom code, designs and database schemas we create for you, with ownership passing to you as each milestone is paid for. Creuto's pre-existing reusable frameworks stay with Creuto, and you get a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them inside your product. Open-source parts stay under their own licences. There are no licensing fees or lock-ins to Creuto.
