India is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern Time, depending on daylight saving. Our evening, roughly 6 pm to 10 pm IST, meets your morning on the East Coast, which is when we hold calls and demos. Yes, if the working rhythm is set up deliberately. We agree a daily overlap window on your mornings, write decisions down the same day and demo working software at every milestone, so the time difference becomes an advantage rather than a delay.

Which US time zones do you cover?

Eastern Time overlaps most naturally with our evening. For Central, Mountain and Pacific clients we agree a fixed call slot early in your morning or late in your evening, and keep the rest of the communication written.

Can you sign an NDA and a US-style contract?

Yes. We sign an NDA before detailed discussions and agree the contract terms, milestones and ownership in writing before work starts.

Do you build HIPAA or SOC 2 ready products?

We build with the technical safeguards these frameworks require, such as access control, audit logging and encryption, and use hosting that supports them. Certification and legal sign-off stay with your compliance advisers.

How quickly can we see a first version?
