CI/CD Implementation
If releasing is stressful, it happens less often and goes wrong more. A good pipeline builds, tests and deploys automatically, so shipping a change is routine and a bad change is caught before customers see it.
What we build
Build and test pipelines
Every change is built and tested automatically on GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar.
Automated deployments
One-click or automatic releases to staging and production with approvals where needed.
Preview environments
A temporary copy of the app for each change so it can be reviewed before merging.
Safe releases
Blue-green or canary releases and quick rollback when something goes wrong.
Mobile release automation
Automated iOS and Android builds, signing and delivery to TestFlight and Play testing tracks.
How we approach CI/CD Implementation
We automate the steps your team already does by hand, in the order that hurts most: usually build, then tests, then deployment. Each pipeline change is released gradually, so the team trusts it before relying on it. We add safe-release techniques such as staged rollouts and fast rollback, and document the pipeline so it does not depend on one person.
When this is a good fit
A good fit when
- Releases are manual, slow or rely on one person.
- Bugs reach production because nothing checks changes first.
- You want to release more often with less risk.
How an engagement works
- 01
Scope
A free strategy call, then a clear proposal with scope and priorities.
- 02
Plan
A PRD and, where useful, a clickable prototype before building starts.
- 03
Build
An in-house team builds in stages, with demos along the way.
- 04
Launch and improve
Release, then keep improving with the people who built it.
Questions about CI/CD Implementation
Which tools do you use?
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI and similar. We use what your team already has where we can.
How long does it take to set up?
A basic pipeline can be running quickly. A full setup with environments, previews and rollbacks takes longer and is scoped once we see your system.
Do we need automated tests first?
Tests make a pipeline far more valuable, but we can start with build and deployment automation and add tests alongside.
