AI Consulting

Not every problem needs AI, and some that do are harder than they look. We help you find the use cases worth pursuing, check they are feasible, and plan a sensible path from pilot to production.

What we build

  • Opportunity mapping

A review of your processes and data to find where AI could help most.

  • Feasibility and risk assessment

Honest answers on what is possible with your data, and what could go wrong.

  • Build-or-buy advice

When to use an off-the-shelf AI tool and when a custom build is justified.

  • Proof of concept plan

A small, measurable pilot with clear success criteria and a limited budget.

  • Roadmap and governance

A staged plan including data, privacy, evaluation and team responsibilities.

How we approach AI Consulting

We interview the people who do the work, review a sample of your data and rank candidate use cases by value and feasibility. For the top one or two we write a short pilot plan with success measures and a cost ceiling. If the honest answer is that AI is not the right tool yet, the report says so and suggests what to do instead.

When this is a good fit

A good fit when

  • Leadership wants an AI strategy but no one knows where to start.
  • You have received AI proposals and cannot judge them.
  • You want to be sure a pilot is worth funding before committing.

How an engagement works

  1. 01

    Scope

A free strategy call, then a clear proposal with scope and priorities.

  2. 02

    Plan

A PRD and, where useful, a clickable prototype before building starts.

  3. 03

    Build

An in-house team builds in stages, with demos along the way.

  4. 04

    Launch and improve

Release, then keep improving with the people who built it.

Questions about AI Consulting

What do we get at the end?

A written assessment with prioritised use cases, feasibility notes, rough effort and a recommended first pilot, so you can decide what to fund.

Do we need data scientists in-house?

Not to begin. Many useful AI products rely on existing models and good engineering rather than training new ones.

Will you recommend AI even when it is not needed?

No. Sometimes a simple rule, a report or better software is the right answer, and we will say so.
