Before founding Creuto, I spent eight years immersed in product management across diverse industries — B2B SaaS, enterprise ERPs, consumer marketplaces, logistics engines, and AI applications.
Across dozens of software builds, a single pattern became undeniable: most software fails for a product reason, not a technical one.
