Filter 2: The Clickable Prototype Verification

We never approve technical architecture based on text descriptions alone. We build interactive Figma prototypes with realistic data states, edge cases, and empty states. Putting a clickable phone in a target customer's hands for 15 minutes reveals more about user confusion than three weeks of internal team debates.

Filter 3: The Maintenance Tax Assessment

Every custom integration requires maintenance. Third-party APIs change versions, webhooks fail, and database schemas drift. We calculate the ongoing maintenance burden of every feature before green-lighting development.

Filter 4: The 2-Week Sprint Boundary

If a feature cannot be staged, coded, and demonstrated within a two-week sprint cycle, it is too complex for an initial release. We break monolithic epics down into atomic, testable deliverables.
